SleepWave ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data on servers owned by us. SleepWave stores core app preferences locally on your device, such as selected sounds, volume levels, EQ modes, and sleep timer settings.

We use third-party services (Firebase and Apple services) to process app analytics, diagnostics, and subscription state.

SleepWave uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand product usage and app stability.

4. Audio Playback

All audio content, including bundled ambient sounds and procedurally generated noise (white, brown, and pink noise), is processed on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework. SleepWave does not upload your audio playback content.

5. Sleep Timer

The sleep timer is managed on-device. We may log timer actions as product analytics events (for example, started/cancelled/completed) without personal data.

6. Haptic Feedback

SleepWave uses haptic feedback to enhance interactions such as playing sounds or confirming purchases. Haptics are generated locally by iOS.

7. In-App Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card or billing details. We may receive subscription entitlement status from Apple APIs to unlock premium features.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the app features described in this policy.
